DIY Moisture Balm Recipe
Balm ... Face Moisturizer ... Dry Skin Ointment ... you name it ... it works!
I came across this recipe about 5 years ago when a friend and fellow essential oils enthusiast, Rachel Wren, made a few jars and brought them to a farmers market that we were working together in Kerrville, TX. After taking a jar home and using it daily, I was amazed at how much smoother my skin felt. Over the course of a few weeks of using it as my face moisturizer I realized that my dry skin became more elastic and some slight wrinkles went away. Yes, I was in my late 20’s and had "wrinkles" due to dry skin. Once I upped my water intake and used the moisturizer it mades me look even younger and many friends commented on how clear and bright my skin looked.
Fast forward 5 years, and I’m happy to share this recipe with you!
I hope you enjoy the fun video from the last time I made the balm. It's super easy, and so rewarding.
