We’re bringing back our natural deodorants with one huge improvement—they’re vegan!

For our Valor and CitraGuard Deodorants, we swapped out the beeswax for vegan sunflower seed wax and added coconut oil and sunflower seed oil for more skin-soothing power with every swipe. We then completely revamped our Meadow Mist Deodorant to have the same high-performance base as our other two deodorants.

Our deodorants combine arrowroot powder, premium essential oils, and our plant-derived deodorizing technology that’s clinically proven to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Choose from Valor’s woodsy, floral scent; CitraGuard’s lemony, citrus aroma; and Meadow Mist’s herby, floral fragrance to feel confident and fresh all day long.

*We will be keeping a close eye on inventory levels throughout the month to determine when the deodorants can be made available through loyalty orders.

**The reformulated deodorants will be available in the U.S. starting December 15, with the Canada launch coming later (stay tuned!). In the meantime, Canada Customers and Brand Partners will be able to purchase the deodorants through NFR ordering.

The Good and the Bad

THE BEST PART is that each of the Young Living deodorants are formulated WITHOUT parabens, phthalates, talc, alcohol, mineral oil, synthetic perfumes or dyes, artificial colors, fragrances, preservatives, or gluten-containing ingredients.

Why is this such a big deal? Well, the above mentioned ingredients are found in many store-bought deodorants. The sad fact is that research shows the potential negative health side-effects of long-term use. Plus, every time you use multiples of the above ingredients in small amounts, the compound effects over time may cause over-toxicity in the body. You can do your own research to prove this - don’t just take my word for it.
